NP164 - This has come from a large and highly specialist collection of horse racing postcards. This particular card is from Hastings Vancouver circa 1990s origin and on reverse has a pre filled message to send to the Mayor about saving the local horse racing track etc in Vancouver and stating it has been part of life from the era and employs about 800 people unused and mint.
