ETHPR01 A vintage 1931 Empress Of Britain official cruise guide for the Canadian Pacific ship and its excursions to India - This character publication of nearly 100 years ago is 32 pages and opens with the Canadian Pacific full page colour flag and then details guidance and advice while travelling to India, travelling on Indian Railways, a day by day breakdown of times of arrivals and departures and all the places and activities within these stops throughout India including rail connections and the ship and land parties, the tender services at Bombay, train tenders, and much more. Please note there is browning around the staples which has lead to an edge piece of its spine being more inward than the rest of the cover - please allow - the former owner has made pencil notes by some of the entries for his voyage but these can be easily removed - otherwise this is very good condition indeed - there is no handling either so no indents or impressions thus vg+ (ex minus allowing spine fault, staple area and pencil) - there is also a full page drawing and map of the ship berths for the cruise.
