bg225 A vintage 1970s Russian postcard unused but the owner has pencil identified as the Omsk Oil Industry Workers Culture House bar one small upper border place mostly great unused condition (vg++/ex minus). The posters and artwork on the walls of the building from the early 1970s look very interesting.
