CC8 Antique undated but circa mid 1930s German large (approx 4" x 2") cigarette card of Madame De Pompadour shown as a magnificent framed portrait and on reverse all about her history (in German language) unused bar light imperfections in outstanding condition and with vintage character as scan will show.
Jeanne Antoinette Poisson, Marquise de Pompadour, commonly known as Madame de Pompadour, was a member of the French court. She was the official chief mistress of King Louis XV from 1745 to 1751, and remained influential as court favourite until her death.
