CC5 Antique undated but circa mid 1930s German large (approx 4" x 2") cigarette card of Gotthold Ephraim shown as a magnificent framed portrait and on reverse all about his history (in German language) unused with light imperfections but mostly great condition with vintage character as scan will show.
Gotthold Ephraim Lessing was a German writer, philosopher, dramatist, publicist and art critic, and a representative of the Enlightenment era. His plays and theoretical writings substantially influenced the development of German literature.
