tp303 This is a rare early 1980s envelope cover from a postmark collection where it seems the owner has attached the limited edition commemorative frank to an envelope (approx 7" x 5") with this special local commemorative postmark with a little sellotape to right edge but vg minus used condition and specialist souvenir.
