News9 This is a totally unique undated but appears 25 years ago origin postcard by an award winning photographer Evelyn Richter of a real photo souvenir of artist Otto Dix captured in Dresden Germany in the 1960s and was sourced by a collector of some of the most historic news & unique photographic art works in history (see his other collection being sold at my store which he sourced from all over the world) which this particular postcard appears to originate from Germany and is unused and mint (same as new)
