CHAU1407 An official commemorative first day cover hand signed by artist David Shepherd and comes with two other signings which I think careful research will find are very rare autographs and notable historic people - on reverse it reads "Certified No 23 Of 24" - More research is needed but this seems a potentially outstanding official autograph collection.
