Embarking on a 2015 revival to coincide with the general election, The Audience is a cutting piece of theatre that imagines the many secret and often tense meetings between the Queen and the Prime Ministers that have served the country during her rein. From Churchill to Cameron, we see the various relationships between the Monarch and the various leader’s of the country. Morgan’s script is to be adapted to include former PM Tony Blair and the team behind the show have said they are ready to include a new character following the outcome of the 2015 General Election.
