CC7 Antique undated but circa mid 1930s German large (approx 4" x 2") cigarette card of Cosimo de' Medici shown as a magnificent framed portrait and on reverse all about his history (in German language) unused bar light imperfections in outstanding condition and with vintage character as scan will show.
Cosimo di Giovanni de' Medici was an Italian banker and politician who established the Medici family as effective rulers of Florence during much of the Italian Renaissance. His power derived from his wealth as a banker, and he was a patron of arts, learning and architecture.
