MG This undated but modern origin real photo postcard and I believe an award winner when published in 1990 and shows and shows a Chile Street Scene - at first glance the girl looks happy and elated as her arms appear to be dancing in the street - but as you look closer you realize this card depicts a well dressed child against a backdrop of poverty and fear which vibrant mixed use of colours accompany this rare work with its details on reverse award photographer and year etc unused and mint
